BEACH CLOSED: A Declaration from the MBA

DECLARATION OF BEACH CLOSURE FOR
MIDDLESEX BEACH DUE TO A PUBLIC HEALTH THREAT

In accordance with Delaware Governor John C. Carney, the third modification to Delaware’s State of Emergency, the Centers for Disease Control, the Delaware Division of Public Health, and other neighboring beaches and towns, the Middlesex Beach Association hereby declares that the following declaration shall remain in effect until further notice to protect the health and well-being of our residents and community as a whole:

Effective immediately, Middlesex Beach, including its beach access points such as walkways and otherwise, shall be closed indefinitely until the public health threat of COVID-19 has been eliminated or as otherwise deemed prudent by the Middlesex Beach Association.
