The MBA Community Patrol Committee is responsible for providing a safer and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests during the more crowded summer months. Its purpose is to monitor our beach and roads to ensure that our beach remains private and that parking on the ocean side streets is limited to property owners and their guests. They enforce our covenants and report back to the Board as the eyes and ears of the Community.
The Committee oversees the two video cameras mounted on the Guard Shack, according to this Board-Approved Policy.
