The beach replenishment work on the Town of Bethany Beach is scheduled to begin May 15, 2018, and complete within twenty-eight (28) days (June 12). Additionally, work is scheduled to begin in South Bethany by mid-to-late June and Fenwick Island by mid-to-late July.
With these dates now set, we are predicting that any potential impacts to Middlesex Beach would likely be between June 12 and June 25, dependant on weather and the duration of time they take traveling southward. Please note, however, that these are pure estimations and any possible disruptions may occur outside of this time.
