Hurricane Isaias has been downgraded to a tropical storm but the track of the storm has it coming directly over the Delmarva Peninsula. According to morning weather reports, our area can expect sustained winds of 30-45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph and 2-7 inches of rain depending on how far east the track of the storm comes. The storm is predicted to affect our area beginning tomorrow in the early morning hours and last into the early evening hours.

We ask that residents take a few minutes today—if you have not done so already—to secure any loose objects that are outside.
