COVID and the need to stay safe and healthy once again will require our annual MBA Fall Community meeting to be held by Conference Call. To access the call, please dial:

Please call in beginning at 9:45 AM
The most important reason to meet this Fall is to elect MBA Board members. Because we are not able to meet in person, this election will be held using written Proxy/Ballot. This is enclosed along with a return envelope to Community Association Services, Inc (CAS).
While it will be possible to cast your vote electronically at the meeting, we strongly urge you to submit your ballot in writing and send to CAS by email to [email protected]; or by FAX to 410-524-1680. If you prefer to use the regular mail, an envelope has been provided for you.
Because of the time-consuming nature of doing the election electronically at the meeting, we are asking that you cast your vote in writing and do so as early as possible. The Proxy/Ballots will be compiled and counted by the CAS staff. The results will not be available at the meeting but will be announced as soon as CAS has the completed results.
It is important that your Proxy/Ballot is received by CAS no later than Monday, September 14, 2020.
In preparation for the meeting by conference call, please consider these rules of etiquette:
- Be on time. Late arrivals can be disruptive to the meeting.
- Announce yourself.
- Don’t eat or drink anything while on the call.
- Mute yourself. There can be a lot of disruptive background noises that make if difficult for other participants to hear.
- Take notes if necessary.
- Have a list of input/questions ready. Jot them down beforehand.
