As the busy summer season ramps up at the beach, the Board wants to remind all of our community members to be proactive in protecting their property and personal safety. Many residents in the area have a tendency to leave windows opened and doors unlocked. Over the recent few years, property owners have had their unoccupied houses broken into and unlocked cars burglarized.
As always, we recommend that all community members exercise caution when interacting with unknown individuals. Additionally, we advise our Members to not grant access to their house to any stranger for any reason. If an unknown individual(s) ever makes you feel uncomfortable or attempts to enter your property, we urge you to call 911.
We also advise that all Members keep their vehicles and houses locked, especially at night.
