Despite rumors to the contrary, the survey stakes along Dune Road do not represent the proposed width of the repaving of the road. Rather, the survey was completed to determine where the property lines actually are. Previously, some property owners had claimed that their property lines were different than what the Board and other Members believed. These stakes correctly mark the property line between MBA and the respective property owners to define and eliminate any possible confusion.
Unfortunately, at least one stake has been moved. Please note that it is a crime to move and/or remove any survey markers.
